Passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, Carol Carlan formed her own company in 2007 after serving more than 35 years in the financial services field. She was the first female bank president of a large regional bank in the Florida Panhandle. As the founder and CEO of Carlan Consulting, LLC, Carol offers 35 years of professional experience – cumulative knowledge that gives her in-depth leadership insight. Realizing that few people are born with the innate knowledge of how to lead effectively and successfully, she was determined to help others become knowledgeable.
